1. Delivery Zones

We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For international deliveries, please contact us in advance at +359878603202 or info@naterraluxe.com.


2. Delivery Time‑frames

  • For in‑stock items: 3–5 business days from order confirmation;
  • For made‑to‑order items: the lead‑time is explicitly stated on the product page;
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.): delivery times may be extended.

Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays.


3. Delivery Methods & Prices

  • Courier to address – standard delivery to the address you specify;
  • Courier to office – delivery to a courier company’s office (faster collection and lower cost);
  • Free delivery – orders over 100 BGN are delivered free of charge to the customer’s address.

Exact delivery prices are shown at checkout after entering the delivery address.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e‑mail with a tracking number from the courier company. You can track your parcel in real time via the courier’s website.


5. Receiving the Parcel

  1. Check the integrity of the packaging and the products upon receipt;
  2. If you notice visible damage, do not accept the parcel and draw up a protocol with the courier;
  3. Contact us immediately for assistance;
  4. Signing the waybill confirms that you have received the parcel in good condition.

6. Payment Methods

Method Description
🏠 Cash on Delivery (COD) Pay upon receipt of the parcel. The courier accepts payment in cash or by POS terminal (depending on the courier company). COD may include an additional fee according to the courier’s tariff.
🏦 Bank Transfer Transfer the total amount to our bank account before we dispatch the order.

Please indicate your order number in the payment reference. The order will be processed once we confirm receipt of the funds.
💳 Online Card Payment We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards via a secure payment system. All transactions are encrypted using the SSL standard. We do not store your card details.

7. Invoicing

For every order, we issue either a fiscal receipt or an invoice. If you require an invoice addressed to a company, please provide the necessary invoicing details when placing your order.
